The fee for regular registration is 300 Euros, increasing to 360 Euros after May 1st. Student registration is 200 Euros, increasing to 250 Euros after May 1st. The fee for online-participation is 50 Euros. The fee for an extra ticket for the conference dinner is 110 Euros.

Note: CGWeek 2022 is planned as an in-person event in Berlin, with a hybrid component for participants who cannot make it to Berlin. We understand that there is a lot of uncertainty. We do not know how the pandemic will develop until June, and we do not know which restrictions will be in place for travel and for events in Berlin by then. Thus, if you register as an in-person-participant for CGWeek 2022, you will be able to change your status to an online participant until four weeks before the conference (May 10, 2022), and we will reimburse the difference in fees (after that, this cannot be guaranteed, because we need to make final commitments for the catering and the venue). Also, if circumstances force us to change the format to an online-only event, all registered participants will be reimbursed the difference to the online fee.

On June 6, there will be a welcome reception in the evening, at the Computer Science department of Freie Universität Berlin.

Also, we plan to have a special event to celebrate the 62nd birthday of Günter Rote and the 72nd birthday of Helmut Alt (Rote-Alt-Fest), on Saturday, June 11, 2022.
