The best way is to take the bus 643 heading for Busendorf from the
station Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (30 minutes) or from the station Michendorf
(about 10 minutes ride). Get off at the bus stop Birkenweg in Neuseddin.
This bus stop is in the street Pappelallee, and the hotel is about 150m
ahead of you on the right side. Alternatively, you can take the train to
the station Seddin which is located in Neuseddin; from there you
can either walk (about 20 minutes without luggage) or take the bus 643
heading in the direction of Potsdam (3 minutes), getting off at Birkenweg
(see below for more precise directions).
You can find train/bus connections in the internet

or
the station of Seddin as destination (and your hometown as starting
point), or from the local
transportation service for the region of Berlin-Brandenburg, entering
Birkenweg,
Neuseddin or the station of Seddin (PM), Bahnhof as destination
(and preferably some place in Berlin, like Flughafen Tegel or Berlin
Zoo, as starting point).

Neuseddin lies in region C of the Berlin
fare region. Region A contains the central part of the city, and region
B contains the surrounding region within the city limits. You can use a
single-ride
ticket (Einzelfahrausweis) for region ABC for 4.50 DM or, if you don't
go through region A, a ticket for region BC for 4.00 DM. Tickets are valid
for two hours. Tickets can be bought from bus drivers or at vending machines
in most stations.
getting to the hotel from Seddin station
After leaving the station, you see the bus stop immediately. Beware that
the bus 643 departs for two different destinations from this bus stop:
Potsdam and Busendorf. Use the bus heading for Potsdam if you want to get
to the hotel. If you want to walk, go through the long passage under the
railway, and continue straight until you have exited the village and the
road has passed through the forest for about 500m. Then turn left, following
the street sign into Pappelallee. There is also a green sign for
Hotel.
The hotel is about 300 m from this crossing.

From the autobahn 10 (ring road around Berlin) take the exit 17, Potsdam
Süd/Michendorf, and turn south towards Beelitz on road number
2. After about 3 km, turn right, following the sign to Neuseddin.
(Do not take the earlier right turn to Gewerbegebiet Neuseddin.)
After about 1 km, turn right, following the street sign into Pappelallee.
There is also a green sign for
Hotel, and white signs for Gewerbegebiet
and Tankstelle. The hotel is about 300 m from this crossing.
